1. Delivery Time | مدة التوصيل

EN:
Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days from the date of confirmation.

AR:
يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

2. Order Inspection | فحص الطلب

EN:
Customers are allowed to open and inspect the order in front of the courier before accepting it.

AR:
يمكن للعميل فتح وفحص الطلب أمام المندوب قبل الاستلام.

3. Exchange Shipping Fees | رسوم شحن الاستبدال

EN:
In case of exchange, the customer will pay 1.5x the original shipping fee.

AR:
في حالة الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن تعادل مرة ونصف (1.5x) تكلفة الشحن الأصلية.

4. Return Shipping Fees | رسوم شحن الاسترجاع

In case of return, the customer will also pay 1.5x the shipping fee.

AR:
في حالة الاسترجاع، يتحمل العميل أيضًا رسوم شحن تعادل مرة ونصف (1.5x) تكلفة الشحن.

5. Important Note | ملاحظة هامة

Shipping fees are set by the shipping company, not DEXEL.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

AR:
رسوم الشحن يتم تحديدها من قبل شركة الشحن وليس من DEXEL.
ولا يتم استرداد رسوم الشحن في جميع الحالات.
